Product and Accessories Warranty

Your product is warranted against faults and manufacture when used in normal domestic use for the period stated below. In non-domestic use Kenwood limits the voluntary warranty to 6 months.

We undertake to repair or replace products at our option, at no charge, if found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault during the warranty period.

This warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, neglect, shipping accident, incorrect installation, no fault found with the product or work carried out by anyone other than an authorised Kenwood Service Agent.

5 year parts warranty on motors for the following models: KM002, KM003, KM006, KM007, KM270B, KM270R, KM270W, KM270Y, KM300, KM315, KM400, FP920 and FP940
